  • The Hub connects to the internet so you can track your dog’s progress and download new games. It connects best with a traditional home network:

  • Steady internet-connected Wi-Fi coverage

  • 2.4GHz, 802.11 b/g/n

  • WPA/WPA2 encryption (recommended)

  • You’ll need the CleverPet app to set up your Hub, using a phone or other smart device:

  • Running on at least iOS 8.0 or Android 4.0

  • Able to connect to WiFi

  • Some Samsung Galaxy phone models have trouble during initial setup. See below for more info.

  • It’s our goal to make CleverPet work for all dogs. We’ve found dogs who take to the Hub most easily are:

  • Food motivated

  • Energetic

  • Open to new experiences

  • The Hub feeds your dog by dispensing a few pieces of food at a time. To work with the Hub’s dispenser, your dog’s food must be:

  • Firm, dry kibble or kibble-like treats

  • Under 18mm on the widest side (smaller than a U.S. dime)
