60 Day Engagement Guarantee Return Policy

With CleverPet you are making the investment in an entirely new way for your dog to interact with the world. As with learning any new skill, the best results are achieved with consistency and patience. Here is our promise to you: we will give you the information, tools, and time you need to get your dog and Hub working together in an exciting and engaging way:

  1. When you first get your Hub, check the in-box quickstart guide and the in-app information for help getting your CleverPet Hub set up.
  2. For more detailed info, visit our Knowledge Base.
  3. Reach out to our support team via email (support@clever.pet), phone (+1 510 9-CLEVER), or through in-app chat.

If you are unsatisfied with your dog's engagement after working with the CleverPet support team, you have 60 calendar days from the date your Hub was delivered to initiate a return.

To qualify for a full refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase of a new CleverPet Hub from https://clever.pet, or a CleverPet Authorized Reseller such as Amazon.com
  2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 60 days of Hub delivery. The RMA may be obtained by contacting returns@clever.pet.
  3. The RMA number must be included along with your returned Product.
  4. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  5. Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  6. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes that weren’t paid to us (e.g., taxes paid to a third-party (Amazon), customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to CleverPet.
  • If you return Product to CleverPet (a) without an RMA from CleverPet, (b) without all parts included in the original package, or (c) without the original packaging, CleverPet retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
  • The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks after delivery for CleverPet to credit your account or refund your purchase price.
