We at CleverPet sincerely thank you for your interest in the products of CleverPet Inc. (“CleverPet”). We’re thrilled to bring the CleverPet Hub and accessories (the “Physical Product” or “Product”) to the world.

CleverPet wants you and your pet to be just as thrilled with our products as we are. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

60 Day Engagement Guarantee Return Policy

If your pet does not engage with the CleverPet Hub, you have 60 calendar days from the date your Hub was delivered to request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of Purchase from a CleverPet Authorized Reseller, or https://clever.pet.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 603 days of your receipt. The RMA may be obtained by contacting support@clever.pet (Support).
  • Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The RMA number must be included along with your returned Product.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and some taxes paid (e.g., customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to CleverPet.
  • If you return Product to CleverPet (a) without an RMA from CleverPet or (b) without all parts included in the original package, CleverPet retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
  • The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for CleverPet to credit your account or refund your purchase price.
